Lauren HartmannHospital ManagerLauren is a driven multi-tasker who earned her BS in Animal Science at the University of Delaware. She joined our staff in August 2002 and keeps our hospital’s 'moving parts' in sync by coordinating technician’s schedules and managing a multitude of inventory items such as medications, medical supplies and prescription foods.
Family pets: two Maine Coon cats named 'Franny & 'Zooey', and a Border Collie named 'Case'.

Erin Maniscalco, LVTLicensed Veterinary TechnicianErin is a pet lover who first joined our staff in 2007. She became a Licensed Veterinary Technician in 2008 after earning her degree from Suffolk County Community College’s Veterinary Technician Program. After leaving us in 2013 to start a family, Erin resumed her career here in 2022, and we’re thrilled to have her back!
Family pets: two mixed-breed dogs named ‘Echo’ and ‘Charlie’, and three domestic shorthair cats named ‘Tea', ‘Binx’, and 'Cobweb'.

Jessica DarakisVeterinary Assistant/Social Media ManagerJessica has a flair for communicating with animals and joined our staff in September 2005. In addition to her many responsibilities at Three Village Veterinary Hospital, she has acquired two decades of experience working with animals at North Shore Animal League and currently works in their Pet Behavior Department. Jessica also has expertise in all things 'Web', and it is in her capacity as Social Media Manager that she keeps our wonderful clients informed of all the happenings at Three Village Veterinary Hospital.

Samantha GomezOver the past 5 years, Samantha has contributed her talents and expertise to numerous departments in the veterinary industry. She joined our staff in May 2025, and we're thrilled that her caring and professional personality helps brighten our clients' days. Samantha loves working with animals and has a finely tuned knack with treats, belly rubs, and her very own professional brand of 'animal-babytalk voice'.

Melisa AyazogluReception StaffMelisa is a friendly and dedicated receptionist who helps keep our front desk running smoothly. Prior to joining our staff in November 2025, she earned her Biology degree from Stony Brook University, where her passion for animals and science truly took shape. Whether managing telephone calls, scheduling appointments, or guiding clients through their visits, Melisa's excellent communication skills and warm, welcoming demeanor ensure every client feels supported and informed from the moment they arrive.
Family pets: a horse named Diva, a Labrador Retriever named Cody, and three cats named Luna, Aurora, and Cheeseburger.

Lisa MendezVeterinary AssistantLisa joined our staff in November 2025, and she has felt a deep connection with animals since childhood. Having worked in a multitude of veterinary capacities over the last 23 years, she has put her 'pet whisperer' talents to good use, especially when an upset cat, anxious pup, or even frantic pet parents need some TLC. Lisa is a team player who works in tandem with the rest of our wonderful staff delivering exceptional veterinary care to your fur babies.
